EASiNOP is an intelligent video-based audit system designed to help stores identify potential losses at the checkout by analyzing situations in which a product:
👉 physically passes through the checkout
👉 but does not appear on the sales receipt
It acts as an additional control layer at the point of sale, providing objective visibility for management and loss prevention teams, without interfering with POS operations.
With EASiNOP, the store gains:
📌 The system does not replace management or the operator — it provides clear information to support decision-making.
EASiNOP compares two data sources simultaneously:
Whenever the system detects a physical product exit movement but does not find a corresponding item registered on the receipt, it generates an alert for a potential Unregistered Movement (NOP / No Scan).
Operation is based on two clearly defined areas in the video, configured according to each POS layout:
The area where the operator scans the product for registration at the checkout.
The area where the product is placed after registration, usually toward the customer.
📌 Basic detection logic:
If a product moves from the Scanning Area (P1) to the Delivery Area (P2) without being registered on the receipt, the system generates an alert.

Currently, EASiNOP performs detection based on the SALES RECEIPT.
This means:
📌 This model was intentionally adopted to:
🔧 Future enhancements may expand this logic,
but the current operating standard is: 1 alert per receipt.
To ensure the analysis accurately reflects real operations, certain conditions must be met.
📌 These scenarios do not indicate system failure, but rather operational conditions that influence video-based detection.
In video analytics systems, some behaviors are expected:

No Scan – EASiNOP is a prevention and audit tool, designed to support checkout operations with clear, objective, and auditable data.
It does not accuse, does not interfere, and does not block sales —
it observes, records, and informs, enabling management to act based on facts and evidence.
